This product adopted LED modules and devices as lighting sources. It is to be installed 5M~12M around high from the ground to lpight the road and surroundings for the driver’s safety

Product features:
Junction temperature of LED packages influence critically on optical characteristics /lifespan/ color temperature / rated voltage. As Samsung LED packages are developed originally tooperate 100 % under harsh environment of Junction temperature 85, they are highlyreliable products.

SAMSUNGN LED Packages application(LM79 , 80 Acquisition Product) While other LED packaging companies are showing data sheet under LED Junction temperature of 25 degrees, Samsung shows data sheet under temperature of 85 degrees, more over Samsung packages are optimized for outdoor lighting. As Samsung packages passed USA government "energy star" LM79, LM80 evaluation test, (Which requires packages should maintain required quantity of light for 6000hours) it could be exempted from internal 6000 hours lumen maintenance testing. Enhance Heat Conduction to apply CPM (Conductive pattern Method) The heat source generated by the LED package is transferred to the heat sink and the heat sink should release the heat as soon as possible. In general, the LED packages are attached to the metal PCB and metal PCB attached to heat sink. If the thickness of the PCB is increased, it increases the heat resistance from the PCB and become worsening factor on the process of heat radiation through heat sink. ( In general, Thickness of metal pcb is 1.6mm) Not like other LED manufacturer, KSB do not need metal PCB. KSB attach the LED package to the heat sink directly and could lower down heat resistance. This process could lower down the peak temperature of the LED package.(Thickness of KSB PCB is only 0.2mm compare to 1.6 mm
